Things To Do

We’re so excited to share a few of our favorite places in the area with you!

Taipei 101.

A landmark skyscraper in Taipei. This building was the world’s tallest building from 2004 to 2010. Head up to the observatory desk for an amazing view of the city and/or check out some of the shops/restaurants located within the building. Visit me

Night Markets.

There are tons of night markets in Taipei but the ones we usually visit are: Shilin Night Market (visit me) and Raohe Street Night Market (visit me). Cash only!

Hiking.

Both Yangmingshan National Park (visit me) and/or Elephant Mountain Trail (Xiangshan) (visit me) are great choices.

Jiufen.

A gorgeous mountain town ~1 hour outside of Taipei. Many have claimed that this is the village that inspired the movie Spirited Away. Narrow alleyways, teahouses, street food - what more can you ask for :) Visit me

Sun Moon Lake.

The largest lake in Taiwan. It’s located in Nantou County so it’s a bit further out of Taipei but worth the visit. Super zen and a great bike ride for those that like to bike. Visit me
